Overall the staff were very nice. The reception staff were very friendly and polite, and offered colouring materials for our kids which was thoughtful. The building does feel a bit dated though. The wait staff at dinner/bar area were really lovely, we really enjoyed the food at dinner, we didn’t get the name of our waiter but he was absolutely fantastic. The only issue we had encountered was the chef at breakfast - he was very rude to my husband for no reason when he politely asked for cooked eggs. I’m not quite sure why the chef seemed so unhappy, but unfortunately he had marred our experience on the day we were leaving which was really a pity

Clean room, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast buffet. I would also like to specifically mention the room service attendant Dilraj, he was superb. He stocked our minibar without failure and even made sure we go our late night room service order when we missed dinner one night. The hotel was amazing however Dilraj took it over the top for us. Thank You.
