Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to a life-safety issue, but the staff handled it quickly. The new room was fine, though there were some bathroom electrical issues. Housekeeping missed small details like refilling soap. The bar area and staff were great, and dinner at Dean’s was excellent. Overall, a good trip that could be even better with a bit more attention to detail.
