Giriste ismim gorunmedi ve bur sonraki gune kayit alinmisti uzun yoldan sonra bu hos olmadi neyseki sizler çözdünüz. Otelin konforu guzel mekan biraz kötüydü . Rahat guzel bir oteldi.

Everything it’s so bad . Because I reserve my room from 3 weeks before . And after i tech the location they don’t have room available . They give me room on there the contraction on 4 floors with out elevator on different locations Can you imagine after 23 hours flight they said to they’re customer we cannot fo anything

Otele girdiğimizde resepsiyon görevlisi odamızın hazır olmadığını söyledi. Temizlik görevlileri kapıda sigara içiyorlardı. Fakat resepsiyon görevlisi çok kibardı. Temizlik görevlilerine odamızın temizlenmesini söyledikleri halde “Önce şurayı mı burayı mı temizleyelim?” diye sordular. Neyse biz 1 buçuk saat kadar oyalanıp otele geri döndük. Eksiler: 1. Yastık kılıflarında lekeler vardı. 4 yastıktan iki tanesinin birer yüzü temizdi diye o taraflarını çevirdik. 2. Odada sadece bir adet tuvalet kağıdı vardı. 3. Sadece 2 vücut havlusu, 1 el ve 1 ayak havlusu vardı. Saç için havlu yoktu. 4. Üç adet duş jeli, bir adet şampuan vardı. Şampuanın üstü su doldurulmuştu. 5. Duşakabin kapısı bozuktu kapanmıyordu. Dışarı su sıçramasın diye zar zor yıkandım. 6. Wi-fi bozuktu fakat bunu ilettiğimizde çok kibar davranıldı. Yeni bozulmuş çünkü. 7. Kumandanın açıp kapama tuşu kopmuştu. 8. Yorgan kılıfı yırtıktı. Üzerinde leke vardı. 9. Duş başlığı suyu bir garip veriyordu. Az geliyordu ama çevirince çok sert olarak su fışkırttı. Can acıtıyordu ama daha hızlı yıkandım. 10. Kaşıkta ve bıçakta lekeler vardı. Bıçaktakiler çıkmadı ama kaşıktakiler süngerle sertçe yıkayınca çıktı. 11. Giriş katta oda penceresinin önünde sensörlü bir ışık vardı. Biz onun uzağında kıpırdamıyorken bile yanıp sönüyordu. Çok rahatsız etti. Resepsiyon görevlisi gelip düzeltmeye çalıştı, ilgilendi ve özür diledi. Biz de katlanalım dedik. 12. Çikista bekletilerek mini bar eksikleri sorgulandi 13. Geri kalan herşey çok iyi

Reasonably price and pleasant hotel

Please take note that this hotel is not on the main road and make sure that you know the exact location/street via map or whatever means. It goes down on a hilly road to the back ally. However, it is pretty convenient, only 150m to nearest Osmanbey train st. There is a grocery store at the street behind the hotel. The back street looks dodgy at first glance but I can assure you that it is safe and people are friendly. The hotel has a lift so it make it easy for all your luggages even to the top floor. The room is clean and nice, we got a loft with build in kitchen, air conditioning and washing machine. It doesn't have view but overall we were happy with the cleanliness, security and all staff were friendly. To save cost you can take the Havatas bus to and from the airport at Taksim point hotel which is about 900m walk, a bit difficult if you have huge luggage but only 10 lira!.

The accomodation is nice and comfortable but not as clean as a hotel. If the cabinets, doors, and specially the parket floor regularly are cleansed the flat becomes a wonderful place to stay for a longer time even.

Horrible neighborhood! The room that they offered was not in the same building but around the corner where the elevator smelled and there was a transgender hooker across the street!!!! The room was ok but I didn't feel safe in that "hotel" at all! I am disappointed that Hotels.com would work with such a place.Needless to say that I didn't stay there and never got refund.

great European style small hotel

The Tan Residence was an excellent place to stay during my trip to Istanbul. It is located on a small street just off a large/main street, less than a quarter mile from the Lutfi Kirdar Convention Center. Some American travellers might be initially intimidated by the small, unassuming street on which it is located but I found it to be safe and convenient even as a woman travelling alone. The staff were accomodating and spoke English well. The room had all necessary amenities and was very clean and nice. And the location is great especially if you are doing business at the Convention Center. Great hotel!

Отель расположен в 3 минутах ходьбы от станции метро Osmanbey. Рядом много магазинов одежды, обуви и аксессуаров, есть большой торговый центр Citis, парки для прогулок, военный музей Турции. Рядом несколько продуктовых супермаркетов. В 15 минутах ходьбы - площадь Таксим со всеми ее прелестями. Отель очень чистый. Находится в маленьком переулке недалеко от дороги. Переулок не очень презентабельный, но отель отличный. Большое спасибо парням с ресепшна за их помощь и отзывчивость. Рекомендую отель всем.
