Nice apartment

It was a trip from 21st-26th OCT. Since this apartment is not hotel, I don't wish you expect services like hotel. 1. Location : Good 2. Facilities: Good 3. Price : Excellent I usually used Tram and the Tram is very good to access to famous places for travelers. Apartment has lot of facilities but you must prepare sampoo, body wash (towels were provided) and toothpaste, brush as well. Utensils also were provided so I cooked simple foods. If you have just small budget with family, I would like to recommend here.

We had confirmed a late check in through the AI concierge and the person didn't show up to open up the place. We were asked to find other accommodations for the night and our family with 5 children had to sleep in our car at a rest stop. We were told that check in was going to happen the next morning, and the person wasn't available until 2 pm. Terrible check-in experience. I tried calling hotels.com for some help and they really couldnt do anything other than offer a credit for a future stay. We felt they cared more about the host than the guests. The place is good and comfortable. Parking is terrible so wouldnt recommend booking if you have a car. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The AC didnt work well in two of the rooms.
