Great property, would absolutely stay there again. The guards at the main entrance are extremely nice and beyond helpful. There is no ability to do laundry at the unit. Difficult as it was my last leg of my journey. Other than that, highly recommend! Cheers

They are smart but their guests are not!!!

Old and worn out building and flat, albeit spacey. Poor natural and artificial light. Full trash can, mildew on the bathroom tiles, terrible smell emanating from toilet that I bought a chemical to cleanse it. All these can be managed or be tolerated because of not so high a price as compared to other available properties. But the following cannot be accepted: 1- Communication: They have literally tens of people who look after their whatsapp which is main tool for anything. So you can never have a conversation followed thru and hence never a solution. 2-i spent 8 days in Cape Town! without a safe box, one top criteria to choose and carried around all my cash and other valuables on me. Hope they will not respond by an "untruth" 3- Batteries are an issue here as they were the reason 4- Shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty but one hand wash gel for all flat. They sent the new ones the following day, it was only the labels on the bottle were different but the chemicals were the same. Bravo! 4- The worst is this: Usually I check how many days a flat is serviced on a long stay like this which was 8 days. Guess what: It was serviced after every 8th night of stay. Not 3, not 5, not a week, not 10 days but 8th days and I should pay extra for a service. Problem with this property is not physical but the mentality. This company PROPR owns and operates around 1000 properties around the city. How are we to find out which ones they do so we do not stay at another?
