Greeted by a friendly receptionist, we settled into a nice 2-night stay. First meal was walking distance, but, morning breakfast offerings were delicious and plentiful. Easy distance to the Hoofddorp rail station taking you into Amsterdam or Schiphol quickly. Walking distance also to quality restaurants in town. Also, a fair price.
I was delighted by the high standard of service and cleanliness in this hotel. There was also a great atmosphere. You could tell the staff were happy, and that says a lot.
My bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should and the breakfast was generous.
I felt very comfortable sitting in the large lounge catching up on some work.
This did not feel like a Hilton property at all, the reception staff was very cold, have stayed for over a month in Hilton Wembley, Edgware road and Southampton in the UK but this felt really different. It felt like a cheap hotel trying to sell extra services rather than the brand Hilton is known for. The area is pretty secluded but close to airport which is a plus but other than that it was average from breakfast to overall service to staff being courteous. It never felt like being in a Hiton property.
We were very well looked after mostly, rooms excellent location to transport brilliant, really nice breakfast, good value for money, but on saturday night the staff was terrible the bar man vanished, 10 people at least waiting, some ladies said they had been there an hour soneone else 40 mins, i went to look for someone and found him in kitchen chatting, eventually came the girl was busy checkung people in when she had a quiet min, she vanished and people were waiting there, my only complaint everyone else was lovely
All - and I mean all - the staff were extremely friendly, professional and friendly.
The breakfasts were delicious - and there was plenty of choice.
The coffee machine was fantastic!!
And the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Was a fantastic stay.
Plus, it's a great location. Very easy to use an Amsterdam and region travel ticket to get to lots of interesting places.

Great stay
Had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and with the railway being so close it is perfect for travelling around. Good breakfast included is super and staff very friendly.
Hotel was a really nice, staff were friendly and informative. Area around is currently a building site so I dare say in the near future it will be much improved, however, in no way effects the experience of the stay!
