Desde antes da viagem, o atendimento foi debochado e pouco profissional. Em contato pelo WhatsApp, ao perguntar sobre a altura da garagem considerando caminhonete, fui informado de que “quando chegasse lá veria”, sendo que essa informação constava na placa na própria entrada da garagem, bastando apenas repassá-la. Ao questionar sobre a chaleira elétrica no quarto, apenas para saber se deveria levar a minha de casa, o atendente ironizou perguntando se eu chegaria naquele mesmo dia para me hospedar. Antes de descermos para o café da manhã, minha esposa perguntou se havia cadeira de alimentação infantil. Foi informado que “era para ter”, porém, no momento do café, havia apenas uma, o que nos obrigou a revezar a alimentação dos gêmeos de 9 meses, gerando desconforto. Sou servidor público e atuo, às vezes, com atendimento ao público pautado na empatia, respeito e atenção, princípios que infelizmente não foram observados durante a estadia. O quarto apresentava falta de limpeza, com sujeira e cabelos no banheiro e na cama. Pelo valor pago no Quarto Quádruplo Superior, a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado, mesmo tendo escolhido o hotel pensando no conforto das crianças.

Banheiro sujo, estava eu e minha esposa, só tinha uma toalha, sendo que a mesma estava rasgada, pedimos outra e não tinha para reposição. Ficamos dois dias e nosso quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. Estacionamento é gratuito, mas estava lotado e tivemos que deixar o carro na rua. Queríamos almoçar, restaurante fechado para equipe da Chapecoense, da mesma forma no jantar. Enfim, precisam melhorar em muitos aspectos para atender bem seus clientes. Apesar de tudo, a pessoa que nos atendeu no chegada e saída foi gentil, mas não nos passou nenhuma informação de horários nem internet. Não recomendamos esse hotel.

O hotel é muito bonito, decorado e aconchegante. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a limpeza, bastante mofo no banheiro , mas somente isso. O café da manhã bem variado, bem organizado, os atendentes atenciosos. A janta tbm estava uma delícia. Custo benefício muito bom. Recomendo!
