Really nice and quiet hotel at a beautiful location. Perfect for relaxing... they just open the outside swimming pool for the season. All the staff of the hotel were always very nice and helpful. When we go back in Istanbul, we will stay there again.

Terrible , don’t ever try to stay at this location. plus its not clean they dont clean untill you asked them and they just make your bed , and put two towels , dirty carpets , i got cheated for 160$ they might tell you for club room laundry is free and at the end they will charge you. They lied me and changed a room that I requested before and gave me a terrible room with very poor service, air condition doesn’t work properly . Rooms stink. So in General for someone who spent 2000 dollars for 5 days i will strongly advise you not to take this hotel at all. They told me take a club room and the laundry is free for club rooms and during checkout they told me 160 $ for laundary. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

The hotel very close to the central station and the metro, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring Madrid. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the air conditioning, which wasn't working properly. Fortunately, it was windy during my stay, so I could open the window for some fresh air. However, if it had been warmer, the lack of functional AC would have been a significant issue.

"Disappointing Stay: Far From a High-End Experienc

While the lobby of the Sheraton Ataköy is impressive and welcoming, the experience quickly deteriorates once you step into the rooms. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The bathroom floor was dirty and had visible stains, while the shower’s glass rails were rusted, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Room service and cleaning were also subpar. On the second day, the hair shampoo and body wash were left empty and were only refilled after we called twice to request them. Similarly, used cups were taken but not replaced with clean ones until we followed up. For a hotel branded as high-end, these oversights are unacceptable. The level of attention to detail and service does not justify the price or the reputation of the Sheraton brand. I would not recommend this hotel for those seeking a premium experience.

1. Staff insisted that I wait for the room to become cold even after nearly 3 hours of waiting. It was only when I escalated the issue that a replacement room was arranged. 2. I had to make 4 separate requests for an additional pillow before it arrived but on the next day. On the 2nd occasion “house keeping” hung up on my call because they couldn’t understand what I was saying - “don’t speak English”. 3. Hotel has only 2 functional lifts and long periods of wait. 4. Indoor swimming pool is closed. 5. Spa is closed. The hotel has falsely advertised to seek business and this is nothing short of being ripped off. The manager has acknowledged these issues. I booked the hotel on the basis of the Sheraton brand but my stay was more or less like a 3 star or even lower. Highly don’t recommend any tourist to be staying at this hotel.

We loved the drinks and food at Sheraton. The rooms are bit outdated. We had sea view Biomed originally and when we were upgraded we did lose our view. The lobby is very modern but the rooms need little bit of an update. Overall was not a bad experience but was the price point is liftle overpriced for what is being offered.
