訊息的聯絡上不是那麼的即時，房間的清潔上不是那麼的仔細確實。 入住後發現地板有些污漬、部分桌面有些灰塵，洗衣機與烘衣機的門周圍不是這麼的乾淨，洗碗海綿也是舊的…等。建議注意私人衛生的客人，入住當天需要自己審視空間環境，自己到附近商店添購。 連續住宿的打掃是必須在一週前事先預約與另外收費的，但這次住宿並沒有被事先告知，所以只能自行解決室內清潔問題。 除上述較為不足的部分，以要居住日本，短期體驗京都町屋的旅客，這間町屋公共空間、房間寬敞，有兩間廁所，廚房和浴室檯面寬敞，只要房內清潔乾淨，整個住房體驗還是非常的舒適的。推薦給2-5的人數住宿。
