Everything was great, we only stayed one night but all staff was so pleasant. The breakfast was honestly the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Rooms are so spacious and clean. Pool was awesome as well! Definitely recommend this property!

The staff was kind and helpful. Very nice comfortable room. Two minor complaints would be that the mattress was not comfortable, and housekeeping was inconsistent. I would recommend this place and will stay there next time we’re in West Bend.
