Thee rooms are very clean and modern. It's in a residential area and therefore safe and quiet but lots of dining and shopping are closeby. Zoe at the front desk has been fantastic throughout my stay.

Rooms were clean, very comfortable and trendy. The staff were super lovely and helpful. On various nights they had entertainment and the food and coffee were great. The rooms were clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful and approachable. The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance from Ottensen station, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and amenities at hand. Also a short walk to Altona.

Room is good for the price, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't turn off the heater and it was hot in my room. Opened the window but it was really loud outside as there was an event. Hotel has a free coffee machine + tea for guests. Breakfast was good.

Would highly recommend

2 night stay while on a business trip. Located close to S1 line and supermarket. In a safe area where people were walking on their own late at night. Rooms were compact but not too small. Comfortable and not too warm. Food in restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Will most definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a good location. The reception area is really nice and the rooms are in good condition. They were clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Also I would say that the bed was quite uncomfortable and lumpy in areas. Also it was one of the first hotels I’ve ever stayed in where there was absolutely no water in the room. The walls were bear with exposed concrete
