"The whole property was very well kept. Acres of gardens were well maintained. All the staff were very busy all the time keeping the grounds neat and tidy. The breakfast staff were excellent remembering your coffee and tea orders every morning. They were always polite and helpful as were all the staff at the Resort. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to family and friends."

Staff were so accommodating and helpful..except maybe the lady that checked my room on departure. I felt like i was in prison and she was doing a search for contraband lol

Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres.
Staff were also amazing. I fell ill and they were great and assisted and catered to my requirements. "
"Amazing stay! Got a free upgrade from pool access room to the presidential suite with a private pool. The suite was huge, spotless, and beautiful. Pool was a bit cold (wish temp could be adjusted). Room had a smart TV but no Netflix—front desk lent us a Chromecast for a $100 deposit, which was returned. Loved the hotel’s design, pools, and happy hour BOGO drinks (12–1 pm & 4–5 pm). Room service was excellent and breakfast was incredible. Wish I could’ve stayed longer—highly recommend!"
"We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"
