Nice hotel, comfy beddings, friendly staffs especially the manager in F&B. Value for money hotel.
Nice staffs, nice room, nice swimming pool. Clean hotel. Just one inconvenient is you have to climb the slope when you come back to hotel on foot. But you may take as exercise. Anyway had very good stay and relaxing at the hotel. Keep it up Novotel.
Food could have been better, however, the location, the facilities, and overall ambience par excellence! Better to stay here than Patong! Beach is way better than the one at Patong and less crowded!
This property is huge but fairly nice resort. Has nice amenities and great breakfast. WiFi was difficult to deal with if you are trying to work remotely.

Stay here at Kata Noi Beach if you want fewer crowds than at Karon or Kata Beach. Hotel is lovely and rooms are comfortable.
Great location near Kata Beach. The hotel itself has an amazing gardens and beautiful pool area. The service from all the staff was fantastic and the breakfast was really yum.
This was exactly the type of paradise we'd hoped to find in Phuket. The resort and spa were wonderful, rooms lovely, and all the pools and property were maintained immaculately. Even breakfast was a marvel of options combined with a spectacular view.
Great location, walking distance to the beach. Helpful staff.
