"The room was recently renovated with comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in the Bhari wing with a swim up pool. Most days we had the pool to ourselves which made the experience even better. We purchased floating chairs and relaxed by the pool. The restaurants were outstanding."

"Check-in was fast and efficient and included a welcome drink and a refreshment towel. Once the formalities had concluded, we were escorted to our room. Initial impressions of our room were good. It was large and spacious and, as requested, had twin beds — in this case both queen size. There was a lovely view over the pool. The air conditioning worked very well, and adjustment was simple. It would be hard to find another hotel with such extensive and well-kept grounds. Beautiful lush tropical vegetation, extensive walkways, lakes, streams and waterfalls all combine to make this the most attractive garden setting of any hotel we have ever stayed at. There are five pools, with the smallest being right at the front of the hotel near the beach. The other pools are spectacular in every way. While the Pullman is a visually stunning place to stay and has exceptional facilities, it is the staff that really shine. Every member of staff we met was friendly, caring and very helpful. We have stayed at other 5-star resorts and hotels, but nothing we have experienced before matched the excellence of the staff at the Pullman. Nothing was too much trouble, and although we were just two among hundreds of other guests, they always managed to make us feel special. Special mentions of staff that really looked after us during our stay: F&B : Justin, Nueg, Punch, Pim, Feli, Fross, Angel, Luna, King, Cream. Andaman Lounge : Oil, Ing. Reception : James, Collene. Housekeeping : Oum, Paem, Jo."

"Awesome place, with so many relaxing options. The Baray is hands down my favorite and the best pool for privacy and the area is perfect for shopping and eating. Loved it here. The staff was so nice and the massages were amazing! I’m so impressed with Thailand so much so that me and my husband decided to get tattoos together out there. 10/10 in love with Phuket!"

"They failed on both occasions to provide airport pickup and drop off. When asked if we can get picked up, they responded we look forward to seeing you. So, of course nobody picked us up. The day before our departure from the hotel, we asked the front desk in person if they could have a taxi ready at 6am the next day for drop off at the airport. Of course they did not call for a taxi."
