"The hotel was near places to shop and eat. The hotel had transportation services to go to the beach every hour but going to the beach on your own was only a 10 min walk. The staff was helpful and rooms were very clean. "

"A beautiful property, great staff and a beachfront that isn’t technically private but feels like it. Over our ten days saw perhaps ten people on it. Some restaurants closed for renovation which we were not notified of when booking. Other than that will stay again. Great staff. Not much to do in walking distance to property but lots within a short drive which was fine. Will be back next year "

"Very affordable lovely hotel; great food, pool areas. The staff treats you like 5 star even though I’d probably rate it 3.5 stars. If you stay in the wing I did it’s renovated and tastefully furnished. Other wings are slightly dated. I was on fifth floor with huge room, and balcony overlooking Kata Beach. The food, breakfasts and buffets are amazing with good value. I stayed at this hotel a total of 12 nights. Staff and service amazing with great value. Only downside is it’s quite a walk from street and lobby to rooms.Reccomend it"

"We stayed at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort And Spa family-friendly hotel where my kids had a blast! We booked the Family Explorer package but didn’t fully use the amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming."

"We recommend paying the extra for the pool access room which was nice. The pool is massive though on the cooler side compared to other pools in Thailand. We were able to check in early, which was appreciated. There are many food options nearby and the buffet breakfast was fine."
