"Very clean and pretty hotel "

"Everything was has expected. Overall clean, nice pool with sun, bed ok, very good buffet, close to the beach (walking distance). The only thing bad for us was the amount of children (too many, splashy and loud around the pool). But would still definitely go again! :) "

"Novotel Phuket Resort Patong was a lovely resort overall. Very friendly and polite staff, who assisted us with tour bookings and other queries we had during our short stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty to choose from and catered for all nationalities. It can do with some facility updates as it's 4-star rating. We would recommend the resort to family or friends if visiting Phuket. We wish the staff all the best for the future and thank them for their hospitality."

The facilities were great and the staff friendly and helpful. For the price that we paid which was very reasonable, we felt that the accommodation was excellent.
