Give your senses a refresh

Good location close to the action of Bangla Street but allows you to have some distance for your own mental well-being. Cute bars nearby to have a drink and Four 20 friendly shops as well. The highlight of the hotel is in the hospitality displayed by the staff - special shout out to Peter and Pat who went above and beyond. Will definitely drop by again. K-Man.

We stayed at a beautiful one bedroom villa with private swimming pool in the montain with a superb view.This is our second time here and we recommend this villa for everyone that is looking to enjoy, relax and cherish every moment with loved ones! The people working here are all so nice and do everything to make your stay worthwhile ! Loved to have the chips and beer included and the basket of fruit 😍

The staff team is amazing and professional. Very kind and helpful in our activities planning. The selections and the quality of the breakfast buffet could be improved but so far so good. The interior building is a bit old but very clean and comfortable, the staff doing very well in cleaning. The Swimming pool is brilliant in condition and size. Love this swimming pool very very much. Had 2 lunches at poolside restaurant, fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. Overall very pleasant experience and would love to come back again.

The staff were very friendly and extremely happy to offer assistance. A special mention to a young lady called Queen, what a tremendous staff member. she made our stay at this resort a memorable one. I was at the resort from 13-18th Aug and my birthday fell on the 15th. On my birthday, I was waiting for a cab at the hotel lobby when the hotel reception staff came and wished me happy birthday. They brought a cake and the entire team began singing the birthday song. This really warmed my heart. I've been to Patong and several other parts of Thailand the past few years. But never have I received such exceptional service from any other hotels. The staff of The Senses Resort have genuinely provided me an unique experience that I will never forget. From the cleanliness of the room, pool and toilet, to the changing of towels daily and staff that were eager and genuine to help. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The only gripe I had was the fact that the hotel was a little far from the beach and it was difficult to get a grab or bolt at this location. This could probably could be solved with renting a bike for the stay. I sincerely hope to come back again one day. Thank you so much.

The Senses is a 20 minute walk from the center of Patong, 25 from the beach. Located on a hill overlooking the city, with a view of the ocean, it’s an oasis in a place that teems with action and noise. Highlights of this excellent hotel include the pool, large, with a great view. Staff are exceedingly polite and friendly, even by Thai standards. Breakfast was so good we lingered every day.

スタッフさんがとても丁寧で、快適に過ごせました。部屋も毎日ベットメイキングで綺麗にしてくれるので、清潔に過ごせました。パトンビーチの繁華街からは約2キロほど離れていますが、15分ほど歩けば着くのであまり問題はありません。

The staff was always friendly and liked to serve us well. Unfortunately some of them did not allow us to pay by tapping the phone, only by physical card which is not good and old fashion cause it's easier and faster to do it by phone. So keep it easy and fast my friends in the future. Besides that, the location is awesome you can walk everywhere by foot, no car, etc. neeeded. To improve in the future, please make sure these elevators smell better, and change your lighting systems in the bathrooms, they are terrible bright. All in all, I would definitely come back in the future and would recommend it to people who like to have a nice view and a good location.
