Really liked the laid back atmosphere of the hotel, bungalow style room, pool area and restaurant. Staff were friendly. Being right across from the beach was great. Good value for money. Only downside is the noise of pulsating music from nearby Bangla Road until 3am. I had asked for a quieter room (which they gave me) so I was able to sleep fairly well, but this is not a place for people who need complete quiet to sleep!

Great location and staff is really helpful, if you want to be close to the entertainment and the beach this place is for you. Just as an FYI due to the closeness to the main entertainment street, you can hear the music from your room but is nothing crazy, however, if you are too sensitive to noises this place might not be a good fit.

Absolutely a outstanding hotel. The staff were amazing, spoke my language. The room was exceptionally clean and came with everything you would need. The mini bar was well priced. The bed was one of comfort, not the normal hard bed ib most hotels. The grounds were extremely well maintained and the pool was delightful.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the central part of Patong Beach. Very convenient to walk around for shops and restaurants. We had a great view of the beach from our room which was lovely. Noise at night something to get used to but we survived. Location great and breakfast was great to start the day.

The hotel Is very nice, there are bungalows immersed in the garden.My room was very spacious, always very clean, unfortunately it was above the restaurant of the structure and I could hear the noise all night. The breakfast was various. Just cross the road and you are on the beach, 2 steps from Bangala Rd.

Bring earplugs, but otherwise a decent place.

Location is both fantastic and a bit terrible. The proximity to the beach and to food and shops is excellent, however the fact that it backs up against Bangla road (walking street) is a huge noise issue. Earplugs should be provided in all rooms as a standard to help with the level of noise from that street. The mattresses also need an update, as they are VERY firm. The pool is small but lovely, the grounds during the day are very nice and breakfast is very reasonable. We have stayed here several times over the years, and the prices have continued to go up, but improvements such as better mattresses or more soundproofing have not been made, which is more of an issue at the increased price than it was when it was a more bargain priced place to stay.
