This is the worst Hyatt Property I have ever stayed in!!!! This property needs to SERIOUS remodeling if you are going to keep the Hyatt name. Makes me second guess staying at any other Hyatt properties, EVER!!!

Staff was not friendly. Hotel was a dump and run down. Fitness center was worse than a dump. No water no towels. Finally “cleaned” our room which meant they removed trash and towels and never brought new clean towels. Terrible for the amount we paid m. Never again.

Very large rooms that were clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. We enjoyed our visit and will stay again in a couple of weeks when we return to the Birmingham/Hoover area.

I will start with the positive. The front desk staff is very pleasant. No issues there at all. However, the entire property itself is in shambles. Pieces of flooring missing in the elevator, pictures fall off the walls. Simply not taken care of. The hallway carpet was stained and dirty. Walls scuffed. The room was the worst part of all and the worst Hyatt room I’ve had. Dirty pillowcase, black mold, fixtures broken. Take a look at my pictures. Too much to put into text.

Mold and broken shower base.
Unknown substances on the picture and walls.
