Bathroom is way too small!!! Hallways light up as you go by but seem very dark until you are close. Would not go there again. No hand towel on arrival. Hair dryer did not work.

Entiendo que el check in es a las 3pm, pero pedí entrar a la 1pm ya que teníamos una boda a las 2pm y queríamos solo entrar a bañarnos y alistarnos para el evento . Me negaron el acceso o solo que pagara 500 pesos por acceso anticipado . Queeeeee ?????
