Did not like paying 20 dollars to open the door 20 minutes before check in. TV was useless and having to carry luggage from 3 blocks away was not fun. I will say room was very nice 👍

I have limited experiences staying at “self-serve” hotels of this natural where there are no staff on site and for this reason I was a little apprehensive at first. I must say, after staying at the Sonder Dovetail, all of those fears have disappeared and I felt completely at home. I was totally impressed by the quality of the accommodations at this price point. My unit was beautiful with a lovely view of the city in a prime location within walking distance of the main strip on Broadway. It was also equally close to a grocery store for buying supplies and the fully-equipped kitchen in the unit made it easy for me to feel at home in a foreign place. My unit was clean and well-appointed and the whole process from check-in to check-out was seamless. It was just like having my own condo right in Nashville. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It is truly a hidden gem. 10/10 would recommend!

What a great spot. Right in the middle of everything Nashville and literally a 2 minute walk from the new Pinnacle concert venue. Theres even a small market within a 5 min walk for groceries. The apartment was clean and eqipped with everything we needed. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

This is definitely a new experience. No concierge desk which I’ve never tried. But the value of the room was amazing. I loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The room was very modern and clean. I will say I wish there was more food closer for those quick trips to eat, but the main area of downtown Nashville was a relatively short walk.

Way better than a traditional hotel room!

Great place. Loved having the kitchen. It's an easy walk to Broadway. Take some waters or snacks to have right away in the room, because there's not anything in the building or close enough to grab for just a minute to have, if you're arriving later. The battery in my room didn't work, so I got on the chat, inside the app, and an attendant brought new ones right away. I would definitely stay here again and again!
