We had very pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, well maintained, and within walking distance to main touristic places. Hotel allowed us to check in early and being able to store our luggage after check out was a huge convenience. Definitely looking forward to stay in this hotel in the future.

Vincci Gala is an elegant, stylish and welcoming hotel located in a central but not crowdy area from where you can easily access city centre and main neighborhoods by feet. Exceptionally clean hotel. The food served at Babou restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere reflects the Gaudi spirit which contributes to a remarkable experience.

Check-in was super smooth and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They kindly provided a laundry service for me even though I was only staying for 1 night. I dined in the restaurant and the food is lovely. The only reason for the 1 star deduction was that the shower head was broken and didn't stay upright

Everything was excellent, from the staff at registration to the housekeeping to wait staff at the restaurant. They all went the extra mile and did the little things that add up. For example, I was there over a week and when I was sick in bed with a cold one day, the housekeeper noticed and brought me an extra box of tissues so I wouldn't need to get out of bed.
