Beautiful hotel to stay in Lake Como! Views of the lake is amazing, very classic rooms and decor are both luxurious and comfortable, staff are all super friendly and helpful. It's very close to the ferry which makes it very convenient to go to places around the lake. What's more, the restaurant inside the hotel is a must try, our dinner was both delicious and beautiful! So glad we had our last dinner in Italy there.

Elegance on Lake Como

This is an elegant hotel with lovely grounds, a first class restaurant, 10 minutes by car from the center of Como. The staff are outstandingly nice and helpful, especially Luca at the front desk. I would not come here however if you intend to stay in the cheapest rooms which are very very small and not worth the price. If you can afford the larger rooms you should have a wonderful time.

My wife had a knee injury, and needed a wheelchair. The property when we arrived, had a wheelchair ready and assisted us. The staff and hotel has been very gracious to us and has been very helpful under these difficult situation. We extended our stay feeling that another hotel would not be able to accommodate us like this. The ground, hotel and room are very well cared for. The restaurant has excellent food and the bar has excellent drinks. We also love the location and view. We highly recommend this hotel. And if we come back to Como will definitely be back here.

After our stay at the Villa, I might be tempted to say that this is one of the best hotels experiences you can get in Como Lago. The reception was always available and happy to help us with any issues. However the best part of our stay is hands down the view. From its location on the lake you can remain extremely close to Como the city but far enough to avoid the crowds. As well as this you get a much better view of the lake which is heavenly at all times of day. If you are considering booking a stay make sure you book a lake view it is worth every cent. Though the hotel itself is worth the money the free breakfast will put any other hotels free breakfast to shame, it felt like a 5-star meal.

Not even close to what we expected

This place is WAY overpriced. Nice location on the lake, but the rooms are extremely small, and the service was terrible. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. When our room was ready, they told us to go up to our room and the porter would bring our luggage. We waited, waited and after 30 minutes went down to the luggage room and brought up our bags ourselves. No one even noticed we had grabbed them! The staff were so unattentive. When we asked about their “spa” the lady at the front desk told us nothing about how it worked and only told us when we can’t use it!? Not helpful at all. After 3 weeks of travel in Europe, this was supposed to be a real special treat for us. We spent over $1,000 USD for a night that was no better than a Comfort Inn in the US. Don’t be bamboozled by the pictures.

We loved everything about Hotel Villa Flori. Our favorite part of the stay was the incredible view of Lake Como from our room and the private balcony. We were literally "on" Lake Como. The hotel was beautiful in every way. The breakfast buffet was amazing and one of the most delightful parts of our trip. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options and we ate each morning with a view of the lake. The staff at breakfast was exceptional with great attention to detail. This hotel was one of the top highlights of our entire trip to Italy. It was also very conveniently located but still quiet and not in the middle of crowds. LOVED IT!
