A tv do quarto não funcionava, segundo o pessoal da recepção já tinha uns dias devido a um raio. O banheiro imundo parecia que tinha anos que não lavava. O assento do vaso sanitário solto e todo mofado, o box do banheiro e as paredes encrostada de gordura. Péssima experiência. E o valor altíssimo para um serviço meia boca que eles oferecem. Ainda tive o desprazer de reclamar com a gerente que disse haver uma semana que havia chegado no hotel depois de mais de 1 ano sem gerente. Descaso total!

Muito aquém do valor cobrado

Já foi um dos melhores hotéis da cidade, mas ultimamente todas as vezes tenho tido problema. Todos os andares com falta de água que te durante os 3 dias que tive hospedado. Mudei de quarto/andar e o problema me acompanhou. Café da manhã limitado e fraco, sem serviço de cozinha por falta de funcionários. Televisão muda. O ponto forte do hotel são as pessoas, sempre muito cordiais e atenciosas, mas a estrutura lamentável. Não sei o que aconteceu para cair tanto a qualidade, mas está irreconhecível.

Tive problemas logo no checkin, pois o hotel só aceita pagamento no checkin, e embora eu tenha optado por pagar no balcão durante a estadia, assim que cheguei fizeram a cobrança do meu cartão no site. Apesar do transtorno, foi resolvido, mas aí a experiência do cliente já havia sido comprometida. As 7h da manhã, aparentemente pico de uso de água, a água do chuveiro reduz drasticamente, de forma que precisei esperar cerca de 25 minutos para tomar meu banho sem interrupções.

O USO sem renovação é FATAL.

Já havia hospedado por 2 ocasiões interiores. Enfim, estado geral da hospedagem é de muito uso sem uma renovação. Enxovais péssimos, colchão péssimo, chuveiro péssimo com fornecimento intermitente de água quente em função do número de hóspedes, café da manhã fraquíssimo.
