Relaxing stay at SCP Laguna

Location is great, right next to shops and dining. No need to cross the PCH to get to the beach. Access to the surf lodge next door with a ramp to the beach, pool, and enormous hot tub make SCP fun and convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ocean view suite was very large and had nice features such as a huge steam shower. Would recommend and stay again!

Nice little hotel close to a walk-able part of Laguna Beach. Really liked the decor and cleanliness of the room & property. Was confusing to check-in, though. There isn't someone on site, and we had to figure out we had to call for someone to come down from their "main" location

We had such an amazing time at this hotel. Everything is walking distance, the hotel its self is beautiful and so clean. You essentially just have a code for everything which makes it so easy. The staff we did work with checking ( Ariana) was so sweet & helpful. We are planning to come back again this summer!

Great Location

This place is situated right on the Coast Highway and easily walkable to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The Laguna Beach free trolley transit stop is a block away. And, use of the “sister” property’s pool, hot tub and beach access is wonderful. It’s an older building which has been renovated nicely. Rooms are very small but that’s to be expected for the age of the property.

We will be back!

We came to celebrate an anniversary. Super clean boutique hotel. We were given complimentary cocktails upon check in. We stayed in the Ocean view suite which was next to the public deck so very convenient spot to enjoy our free drinks. Hotel is centrally located, good pricing. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice Hotel - could be better

Very Clean and close to downtown. Staff helpful. Almost no on site parking - Valet = $38/day Most rooms looked out in interior courtyard - noisy at times.

The staff at the hotel are all polite, helpful and friendly. The propery itself felt more like a college dorm than a hotel. It was VERY noisy.

This is a charming boutique hotel. Wonderful hangout spaces, especially the big open family room and the rooftop patio. The room was serene. Location is great if you want to walk about Laguna Beach. Downside, no way to park as you arrive. I got lucky and found the valet by accident but then had to lug all my bags. Only two out of three hosts I met were hospitable. They have a discrepancy with the pet fee (one time v nightly.) The website says one time fee and in person they wanted to charge nightly. A few things broken or wonky in the room. They had to bring in a portable a/c since my unit was not working. I would still return to this location.

Good location access to the beach via sister property. In room aircon unit was broke had a portable one which was so loud couldnt run it when sleeping. Reception for check in and check out 10yards away at sister property which made checking in a pain. Overall not a bad experience just a few niggles
