Location is convenient, two or three minutes walk from metro station. Breakfast buffet is ok. But the room has no cloth hangers nor even a hook to hang our jackets. Tissue is very rough. My card get into the room does not work two times during my 4 days stay. The lotion (hand a d body milk was empty but not replaced. I had to ask for replacement. Space between TV and end of bed is very narrow. I would not recommend this to my friends .

Friendly hotel

Good location - close to underground and shops. Staff very friendly. Not always someone on reception. Rooms very big. Bed comfortable. Bathroom - v small. Over all good hotel for location and price. Would stay again.

The hotel was fine for a one-night stay—we weren’t expecting anything special, just a place to sleep before our flight. However, we were unpleasantly surprised to find that the room wasn't fully clean. The water bottles provided were already half-empty, and the glasses had clearly been used. It made us wonder what else might not have been properly cleaned or replaced.

The Florum front of house staff were welcoming, The room was clean and tidy but could do with painting as the walls were quite heavily marked. The room facilities were ok with good air con and a smart TV but the main bedroom area lacked a bin for rubbish and a guide for the local area would have been appreciated as foreign travellers overseas in Vienna for the first time, However the house keeping service which was every day was great as we always had fresh towels and beds made although the shower gel they supplied ran out and although we left the empty bottle so it was visible it wasn’t then replenished. There was a second bottle near the basin but trying to reach it from the shower meant we flooded the floor. We also had a slight issue with one of our room cards being removed by house keeping which then switched the air con off so we came back to a hot room and had to request the card back. We also requested some bottled water for our room to put in the mini fridge to be told they didn’t have any despite the hotel having a restaurant and bar which we found strange. Overhaul our stay was pleasant but we would probably look for a hotel with a larger selection of on site amenities the next time

Nice staff at lobby, otherwise problems

Nice staff at the desk, relatively good location. But this place comes (at least to me) with some issues. The bed in my hotel room was the most inconvenient I've experienced in long time. Maybe this was just my room as the room shape was highly unusual, or maybe same kind of dangerously high installations and awkwardly tough mattresses exist in other rooms as well. During my visti someone just suddenly opened the door and as quickly closed it without any explanation, maybe because seeing my key card in its place. Later the same day technical folks asked to come in. Two guys were taking window measurements. Third one was watching from corridor and smiling. I will never come back to this hotel.

Wir hatten ein Studio im Dachgeschoss , war erdrückend, nur hohe Dachfenster. Das Zustellsofa , dass wir benötigt haben, hat nicht reingepasst., mussten immer drumlaufen. Frühstücksraum ohne Fenster, mehr Tische wie Stühle und es gab Aufschnitt nur Schweinvariante.

Das Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Garderobe und den Schrank konnten wir aufgrund der ausgezogenen Schlafcouch nicht nutzen. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Mülleimer, sodass man gezwungen ist den Müll auf den Boden zu legen. An der Decke im Badezimmer gab es mal einen Rohrbruch, welcher nicht renoviert wurde. Auch ist das Badezimmer sehr alt. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Die Wände sind sehr kahl. Ein nettes Bild würde schon reichen. Das Zimmer hat einen großen Flur, welcher aber überhaupt nicht genutzt wurde. Er war komplett leer. Für ein paar Tage ist das Hotel ausreichend aber keine 4 Sterne
