I didnt know there was low end in SB but i found it. My room was rank. Definitely sprayed my bed bug spray as soon as i arrived. The towels were hella old and thin. I would have rather spent a lil more to had stayed somewhere else. Nice lil doughnut shop next door and 7-11 was just up the block. The staff was really cool. I'd just it a 50/50.

there was still a deposit needed when u get there for around 100 dollars plus and the place only had one ac fan and it barely made the room cold enough.

With a little effort could be a good bargain in SB

Our overall impression was that no one who truly cared visited our room very often. It was budget (for Santa Barbara anyway) priced but no one was trying very hard and it showed.

Not a place I would stay again

I booked this room for my son visiting for the holidays and they had graffiti on the dresser drawers and objects like mirrors stuffed behind chairs. In addition, they had the front parking lot full of broken appliances. The manager asked me if I wanted to extend my trip I could pay her cash which felt very shady to me. I would not recommend this hotel as it felt more like a halfway house.
