The ground were beautiful and it was right across the beach and along a walking/bike path. They had a great size fridge inside the room. Better than most hotels. Parking was very convenient to all of the rooms and would stay here again. Best place in Fort Bragg!

Two female friends traveling together felt safe from start to finish. (We would have appreciated a bolt or security latch on our door as a safeguard, but still the hotel environment felt safe and easy.) Loved the ease of the walking path along the shore. Our views were tremendous. We will definitely visit again with our families.

Great little hotel just off the highway. Nice area behind the hotel to take a walk and see the beach. Also, great area to star gaze. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and very nice.

Loved it here. Easy to find & park. Very short jaunt straight back to the ocean edge and a beautiful view, or down a bit to the left and then onto the beach. The room was huge and very nice, very clean. The bed sheets were amazing, so soft. The only thing awkward was that there was a sign about conserving water, and the sink had VERY little water running to wash hands or brush teeth. Luckily the shower was great & not like that.

What a great location - perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable and we loved being so close to the ocean, able to walk out to walking paths that head right up to the cliffs above and down to the water's edge.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Surf and Sand Lodge! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that truly lived up to the name. Waking up to the ocean each morning was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect—close enough to explore the area, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway. Overall, Surf and Sand Lodge exceeded our expectations. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
