Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

QUARTO 105 - pesadelo total Chuveiro pingando a noite toda, um cheiro horrível nos ralos, vaso entupido, colchão fedendo, não houve troca dos lençóis e os que estavam lá bem velhos e rasgados. Não realizam troca de toalhas, ficamos 05 dias com a toalha molhada. Piscina com muito cloro e foi visto a reposição desse cloro diariamente. Muito funcionário mal humorado e com má vontade até de te ouvir, só fui bem atendida pela recepcionista do último dia. Frigobar com cheiro ruim, reforma mal feita. Café da manhã supre mas não surpreende E o local é utilizado pelos locais como motel, então todas as noites foi ouvido cama batendo, gemedeira, tinha casal se atracando na piscina. Ninguém fala nada. Não recomendo e não volto. Rio Vermelho é um bairro maravilhoso que te atende em tudo como turista mas procure outra hospedagem

No geral, o hotel é razoável. Uma coisa que eu prezo bastante em uma estadia é o café da manhã, nesse quesito eu gostei, não deixa a desejar. A localização também é excelente! Porém, o hotel está em condições bem precárias, havendo uma melhoria nos quartos, creio que a clientela avalie melhor. Uma questão muito importante foi que faltou energia em boa parte da noite e não consegui descansar, os hóspedes começaram a transitar e faziam muito barulho batendo a porta da escada, quem tem sono leve como eu, não dorme. O que diminuiu o desconforto com a queda de energia foi o tempo que estava frio, o ar não fez falta. Nas fotos tinham quartos bem melhores que o que eu peguei, como foi só uma diária, tudo bem.

Passei 1 dia e meio, e deu pra aproveitar um pouco do Rio vermelho, apesar de não conhecer muito bem o bairro. O hotel está bem localizado. Porém, algumas coisas que não gostei a começar pela tv que não pega muitos canais, e nem tem acesso ao YouTube. Café da manhã e muito bom, com muitas variedades. As meninas da recepção são ótimas e agradáveis. No mais, uma boa estadia!

Aceitável!

O que salva o hotel é a boa localização, o café da manhã muito bom com exceção do cafe que tinha um gosto de velho, sempre. Os lençóis muito gastos e ate rasgados nao me incomodaram pq sempre levo minha fronha e toalha. Mas para apenas duas diárias onde passamos a maior parte do tempo na rua ratava ótimo, ar gelado, chuveiro quente pra quem gosta. O predio como um todo precisa de mais cuidados assim os clientes voltam. Fica a dica!
