Great rooms and great location

Very small hotel in the heart of Florence. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms are clean and newly renovated with beautiful ceilings. We only had a hard time to find it because it’s in a very small street and the building number is 1 and not 11 as stated on hotels.com.

We loved our stay being so close to all the tourist attractions! The hotel is off an alley which helps keep it less busy and noisy too. The rooms were cute, comfy, and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. It was also easy to take the bus to/from the train station.

The room was very small, the view outside the window was very strange (the old and untidy wall of the neigbouring building). We have spent 4 nights at the hotel, the towels were not changed after the third night as promised. I have smelled the odour of canalisation all the time. For non-sportsmen, the lift was a real joke- it works at a snail-speed. I expected smth better for the price of 186 euro/night. The prices in Florence might suprise.

Amazing stay here. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very clean room. Easy check in. Quiet yet close to everything. Above all, amazing customer service. They arranged a taxi at 4am on a Sunday, which was soooo helpful. We passed multiple people on the street with luggage trying to get a taxi so very lucky they assisted with that.

Night in Florence.

Staff was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated wonderfully. Bed was comfy. Only thing is we were on the 4 floor and so lots of stairs. There was a new elevator but fits one person with luggage and very slow. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and location is excellent. It also seems very safe place to stay. Loved this place.
