호텔은 숙박은 최고이지만 다른 시설 운영이 엉망임.

호텔은 너무 좋습니다. 편의시설은 씨원 리조트가 운영하는거 같은데, 편의점 CU는 매우 비싸고 불친절하고, 모든것이 최악이고, 노래방은 무인으로 운영하는데 청소하는 사람도 없습니다. 그나마 조식 식당이 적당해서 이정도로 쓰는겁니다.

호텔 레스토랑 음식이 냉동 즉석식품~

조용하고 청결한 시설은 만족스럽지만, 프런트에서 객실까지 이동거리가 너무 멀고(리조트 프런트 이용해야함) 무엇보다 근처에 식사할 곳이 별로 없음. 시설내 퓨전레스토랑은 석식만 운영되는데 냉동식품을 전자렌지로 데워서 몇만원씩 받고 있음. (대형마트에서 6천원이면 구매가능한 냉동피자) 심지어 해동도 안됨. 서비스는 역대 최악중의 최악.

신안 1004개 섬 중 자은도 해변가에 있는 리조트로서 호텔은 라마다로 운영되고 있고, 콘도는 씨원리조트라는 이름으로 운영되고 있는데, 이 중 호텔에 묵었습니다. 2월 비수기라 사람이 많지 않아서 운영되고 있는 시설이 좀 적었지만, 주변 해변 등 산책하면서 풍경을 즐길 수 있었고, 성수기라면 워터파크 등 즐길 거리도 많다고 봅니다. 룸 컨디션이나 청결도는 좋았습니다.

호텔은 식사할 곳이 마땅하지 않습니다. 금요일저녁에 투숙했는데...치킨집 빼고는 영업을 안했습니다. 리조트 입구에 갈비탕집이나 차를 타고 외부로 나가야합니다. 주중에 호텔에 투숙하실거면 포장해서 가져와 드시든지, 외부로 나가서 드셔야 합니다... 저녁엔 너무 심심합니다. 할 만한게 없습니다.

호텔앞에 백길해변이 제일 좋았어요. 신안바다가 잔잔하고 모래도 고와서 산책하고 물놀이 하기에 참 좋았습니다. 호텔 디럭스 패밀리룸이었는데, 오션뷰로 배정해주셔서 감사합니다. 일요일 숙박이라서 저녁 뷔페가 안되는 점이 아쉬웠지만, 월요일 아침조식뷔페는 만족스러웠습니다. 부모님 모시고 와서 푹 쉬다가 갑니다 :) 다만, 주변에 아직 식당이 적어서 숙박기간 동안의 간식거리는 집에서 미리 챙겨오는게 좋을 것 같아요!
