Overall satisfy, but improvements

Overall things were good, my issues is for safety purposes there should be handle bars in the bathroom showers, we call the support number with no assistance just telling us to turn if off as if we were idiots,of course we knew to do that, but when doing so, it would just come back on even with the door open. It stays rather cold the majority of our stay. The heat would not stay on either.
