The property is a little bit dated, but it is extremely clean. We did not have a lot of road noise, even though it's right there in vancouver on a busy road. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We don't come over often from vancouver island but when we do have to come to vancouver again, we will definitely be staying here again.

My daughter and I stayed there for 6 days for a sporting event. It felt safe and secure. There was laundry facilities available. The breakfast was available although less options than some hotel breakfasts. Mostly, this was a good economical option for staying close to west Vancouver where we needed to be. It has a nostalgia from the era of when these motels were in their hay day.

The hotel provides the basic necessities for a stay. Its location is convenient if you have a car, with easy access to downtown as well as North and West Vancouver. However, there is no designated parking—spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, which is a drawback. The breakfast was average. Additionally, the room had a strong detergent smell, which could be problematic for guests sensitive or allergic to chemicals.

It would have been nice to have full size pillows on each bed and the cobwebs dusted off the ceiling in my room, but overall the stay was good. This is definitely a 2 or 3 Star Motel. All buildings are older and show sign of neglect (ie Broken Baseboards, Paint peeling on exteriors, old Window Shaker AC's etc). Everything in the room was clean and worked as it should. Linens were fine and Bed was comfortable, except that I hate those Little Pillows on a King Bed instead of having proper King size Pillows The Staff were friendly and helpful. The Parking Lot was very tight for my fullsize Pick-up. The Breakfast was a Cold Buffet (Cereal, Yogurt, fruit, juice) but did have Pre-Cooked Packaged Egg Muffin choices and Pancakes for Microwave heating. Overall, not a highly desirable Motel, BUT ... The location is convenient and for our 1-Night stay, it was a good value and we got exactly what we expected
