Very clean. Very friendly. Lots of nice touches like free happy hour wine and snacks as well as lavender sachets on each pillow with garden style seating all around the property. Room was more spacious than we expected. Room is dated, however it is very clean and well taken care of. Close to the ocean and state street. No complaints about this stay.
