The Artist is the perfect location for a first-time visit to Bilbao: right across the street from the Guggenheim (room with a view) and walking distance to Casco Viejo and the shopping areas. Staff and service were welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Awesome breakfast and a great location. We had an interior room - which was set up nicely. The exterior rooms had amazing views of the Guggenheim. Bilbao is pretty walkable. We could get to main shopping street in 10 mins an to old town in 20.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in front of the Guggenheim Museum, making it convenient to explore the area. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The rooms are immaculate, very well-maintained, and comfortable. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff were very welcoming and professional, always ready to help with any requests and providing excellent service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city
