Rooms were very small, but very clean. I felt safe in the hotel. The hotel was in a great location in the gaslamp district. There was an issue with the email and the room code, but a phone call cleared that all up. Rita was amazing.

If you want an AI room where you don’t have any staff, you don’t have any anybody to help you with anything. This is the room for you ea very boring! literally there’s a code they give you to get in. You can barely find the door you might as well be looking for Doctor Who phone booth to get in once you get in though it’s quite clean. The room is nice if you like teeny tiny room and I’m 5 foot 1 so I mean teeny tiny.

Good price, location and customer service. Perfect for events at Petco park, it was my first time being able to get to and get home from a festival in under 10 minutes! Definitely a bit small and the noise travels, but can’t beat the price point for a private room.
