One of the best hotels we stayed in during our china trip this year. Beautifully designed & very clean and spacious rooms. All areas are huge and bright and spacious. Loved every bit of it and will be back. Only thing that could be improved is the English skills of most staff, unfortunately only very few spoke English

Brand new hotel within a new IFC mall which is still being fitted out as of August 2023. So new that google maps doesn’t recognise the correct location… Great rooms, facilities and restaurant / rooftop bar.

前台员工的服务态度非常差，我充分有理由怀疑该男性员工无法控制自己的情绪。同时酒店一直到下午4点半才打扫好房间，等待时间过久，并且没有任何补偿措施，在等待房间的这段时间里，并没有任何员工给予我饮料以及食物上的支持。

整体入住体验非常赞！ 六楼lobby外的大平台散步很舒适，可以让心情放松下来。 早餐也比较丰盛，主要是牛肉锅贴（煎饺）很好吃，很多汁，还有单点的黑松露煎蛋好吃，推荐。
