Close to Futurocope

Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

Mi estancia en el Hotel Plaza Futuroscope dejĂł mucho que desear. Al llegar, me asignaron una habitaciĂłn equivocada y, para mi sorpresa, cuando entrĂ© estaba ocupada por otra persona. Una situaciĂłn muy incĂłmoda y preocupante en cuanto a la seguridad y la gestiĂłn del hotel. DespuĂ©s me dieron otra habitaciĂłn, pero al dĂ­a siguiente ni siquiera hicieron la cama, algo bĂĄsico que uno espera en cualquier alojamiento, y mĂĄs aĂșn en un hotel de esta categorĂ­a. En general, una experiencia muy poco profesional. La falta de organizaciĂłn fue evidente y el servicio no estuvo a la altura. No lo recomendarĂ­a y no volverĂ­a a hospedarme allĂ­.

SĂ©jour excellent !

Notre sĂ©jour en famille (couple avec enfants de 3 ans et bĂ©bĂ© de 2 mois) a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs court mais trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous avons profitĂ© d’une chambre triple confortable, nous avons pu avoir un lit parapluie pour le bĂ©bĂ© en plus, et nous avons pu stocker du lait maternel dans les congĂ©lateurs de l’hĂŽtel. Le buffet du petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait bien garni et notre petit garçon a adorĂ© la piscine et la salle de jeux. Nous reviendrons Ă  coup sĂ»r ! Merci pour l’accueil Ă©galement car nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  2h du matin et nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien renseignĂ©s et accueillis.
