English speaking traveler, visited twice and found everything very nice. Desk staff was very friendly and they speak English very well. The breakfast buffet is great, but pricey.

It was clean and comfortable but no drink making facilities which is a pretty normal basic. It is a pain to have to go out and buy every drink from the bar especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Plus the towels were really small

The room was extremely hot despite only 22-24 degrees outside temperature. Even the open window and the provided fan were a weak solution, and I was sweating the whole night. Due to the highway being very close to the hotel sleeping with an open window was not very comfortable because of the noise. The breakfast was average but acceptable.

Overall, we had a nice stay at Welcome Hotel. Reception staff was very nice and service minded. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and struggled to get in as the sliding doors were switched off. We knocked on the door but the reception was packed with people drinking and having a good time so no one heard or saw us. We eventually got in and it felt like we had arrived at a youth hostel. The receptionist apologised for the noise and confusion and we got our room quickly. Breakfast on weekdays finish at 9.30am, which is too early. They seem to aim towards business customers on weekdays and spa clients at the weekend.

Epämiellyttävä valvonta kamera sängyn kohdalla

Hienoksi remontoitu hotelli. Olisimme toivoneet enemmän mahdollisuutta päästä syömään sekä viettämään iltaa pihalle kauniiden ilmojen kunniaksi mutta span puolelle, jossa se olisi ollut jokseenkin ulkona mahdollista, pääsi vain 390kruunun maksulla per päivä per henkilö. Pieni huone on ok, mutta verhoja oli pakko pitää kiinni sillä valvontakamera oli heti ikkunan takana sängyn kohdalle osoittaen. Oli aika koiran koppimainen tunnelma joten olimme Uppsalassa yhden yön toisessa hotellissa.
Verhot vähän avoimena. Kamera osoitti suoraan sänkyyn, joka oli ikkunan välittömässä läheisyydessä.

En god oplevelse at bo på dette hotel

En god oplevelse at bo på dette hotel. Jeg har dog svært ved at forstå de 4 stjerner. Værelserne er meget små og lidt slidte. Der var især afskallet maling på badeværelset som også var ret lille. Betjeningen var dog fin. Morgenmaden var ens alle tre dage. Til gengæld var der så meget forskelligt, at der var muligt at spise noget forskelligt alle dage. Der var også et stort udvalg til folk med allergier eller særlige præferencer. Skønt pool område, især nu vi var så heldige med vejret.

Bra läge i Barkarby

Mycket bra frukost. Gångavstånd till buss/pendeltåg. Fläckar på toadörren och papper intryckt bakom elementet som var där vid ankomst och inte försvann trots städning flera gånger under vistelsen. I övrigt rent och fräscht.

Fint hotell, rummen kändes större än vad jag tänkte först. Dock lite tråkigt med endast 140 cm säng, blir lite trångt än vad man är van vid. Frukosten var väldigt bra, god omelett och även amerikanska pannkakor. Alltid ett plus i min värld när det också finns brieost på bordet 😊

Kommer inte bo här igen

Skönt med parkering i anslutning med entrén/hotellet. Helt ok rum. Kul med badkar tyckte barnen. Frukosten var inget att hänga i julgranen men helt ok. Däremot glömdes mina AirPods på rummet som sen visade sig bli stulna av personalen då de svarade att de inte hittade några i rummet. Ser såklart var mina AirPods är och kan därför med ärlighet säga att de blev stulna. Trist. Kommer inte bo på detta hotell igen.

Dålig kvällsservice

Gillar att bo där men finns inget att äta eller dricka efter 23.00. Otrevlig personal på kvällen. Frågade om det fanns någon smörgås att få till vårt barnbarn som var hungrig. Tvärt svar. Allt är stängt. Skulle man inte kunna ha lite service så pass tidigt på kvällen? Kanske några smörgåsar i kylen? Det skulle väl inte vara så svårt tycker man.
