A Very nice hotel, interior charm is traditional, good staff and cleanliness, the exterior is a little less, Madrid streets are with litter. The absolute hidden charm is the rooftop pool and terraceā€¦book this place just for that for when you want to chill from walking around central Madrid.

The location of Hotel Emperador is fantasticā€”right in the heart of Gran VĆ­a, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool and bar offer amazing views of the city. However, the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation to match the rest of the hotelā€™s elegance. Overall, itā€™s a comfortable stay with great amenities, but the decor feels a little stuck in the past.
