We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel lobby, rooms and restaurants. It was just soured a little when we found out we had to pay to use the swimming pool, which wasn't clear. Swimming pool is free if you book directly with the hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised. There are bits they need to address, the lift needs fixing, 2 floors carrying luggage isn't great. The landing corridor is an awful colour it looks shabby, but once in my room I was delighted. Comfy bed, well fitted bathroom.

The staff could not do enough for you... The rooms were spotless, very clean... Amenities.. The spa was OK, lights in changing room not working & no spa treatments were available... Stay was ok. Room wasn't ready until after 4pm, check in was at 3pm. There was no option for a slightly earlier check in. When we arrived at 2.30pm we were told check in wasn't until 3pm. The desk wasn't staffed until 3pm. The room was comfortable but the room had signs of wear and tear. Bathroom was very clear and newly refurbished which was lovely.
