This is going to be our go to place when staying in Sao Paulo. The room is clean and has a full kitchen. The building is safe, has a self checkout mini market and face recognition to allow entrance. The location couldn't be better, very close to the subway and with good options to eat at walking distance.

Horrible experience and was verbally assaulted by the security. There is no lobby or reception here and we never recieved an access code to get in; the security was rude, grabbed my phone from my hands and screamed obscenities to my husband and I. We were there for work and im 6 months pregnant, he called us poor and that we wouldn’t be let into the building. I spoke with the Charlie team on WhatsApp and even though they apologized for the situation we didn’t feel safe and left to find an actual hotel. This was the worst experience and service and I’m still waiting for my refund.

O quarto foi muito bom, bem decorado, roupa de cama nova, e tudo funcionando. Uma varanda grande. Muito bem localizado. Ponto negativo da estadia foi o chuveiro elétrico, que não dá conta de tomar banho com os 15ºC que fizeram na semana, inacreditável um flat num prédio novo e com a estrutura que tem, não utilizar aquecimento no chuveiro.

O apto é muito bom. Mas nesse prédio agora o acesso dos hóspedes Charlie é feito pela lateral com escadas. Subir escadas com mala ou compras, sendo PCD, é complicado. Gosto muito da rede Charlie, mas nessa unidade foi a última vez.

Boa estadia.

O apartamento é muito bom. Acomoda bem 3 pessoas. Um ponto muito positivo é a água filtrada na torneira. Entretanto, há alguns pontos a melhor. Faltam utensílios básicos (colheres, garfos) para 4 pessoas, uma vez que o apartamento é para até 4 pessoas. O sofá cama precisa ser reformado, pois a espuma já está gasta e fica bem desconfortável para dormir. Além disso, os banheiros precisam de ducha higiênica, pois acredito que isso é básico. Outra sugestão é colocar um suggar no fogão, uma vez que os vapores de água quando estamos cozinhando vai todo para cima e atinge o armário, o que pode danifica-lo a longo prazo. Por fim, o check-in foi um pouco confuso, não cadastram nossa foto assim que chegamos. O que dificultou a entrada e saída do apartamento.

O apartamento é bonito, novo, porém percebi que não estava 100% limpo. Comunicação com algum atendente é bem ruim. Já tinha enviado selfie e documentos 1 semana antes e disseram que não tinham recebido! Hora de entrar disser que ainda não estava disponível porque estavam limpando. Sacada totalmente suja, com poeira. Chão interno também com poeira.

O quarto advertido não era o mesmo que foi entregue. No quarto faltavam itens básicos como sacos de lixo, detergente, e outras ferramentas para manter a limpeza do quarto. A comunicação com o hotel foi péssima. Não há nenhum representante do hotel no prédio e a comunicação com a empresa era exclusivamente por mensagem, que começava de forma automática antes de ser direcionado a um atendente humano.
