Bitten by bedbugs and didn't even apologize

this is not a joke! I was bitten by bedbugs in “super clean” apartment! This is terrible and disgusting! I had only to sit for half an hour watching TV when my back began to itch, and after a shower I saw that it was covered in bites. You can see for yourself what a bedbug bite looks like on Google. Moreover, I was silent, because I didn’t want to pack my things and move again, but now I’ll definitely say: the only good thing about this apartment is the view. Wifi works disgustingly. There is no kettle in the apartment, the floors were very dirty, the water mode in the shower does not switch, and the bowler runs out after 4 minutes. We pay 80 euros for cleaning! This kind of service is terrible, you can’t live with bedbugs, they are carriers of infections and diseases! After talking with the administrators, they began to assure me that these were mosquito bites. They wrote to me all day about this, that they understand the bites and it was not bedbugs, but mosquitoes. Moreover, judging by the general condition of the apartment, I can say for sure that its real rating is 6.5 only because of the view of the cathedral. The water in the bathroom flows very poorly, the shower lag does not work correctly, there is no kettle, bad dishes, a white table with stains and, of course, bedbugs. The administrator informed me that he came to check for bedbugs, but he checked the sleeping bed, not the sofas. It's up to you to decide who is right. I highly do not recommend this place for check

NO la mejor experiencia

Primero quiero enlistar las cosas positivas y porque lo elegimos: buena ubicación, linda vista, el lugar es lindo, moderno y con buen espacio. Las áreas de oportunidad: Llegamos un poco más tarde de lo acordado y en ese momento la persona que hizo el "check-in" (nos dijo todo con mucha prisa) nos comenta que hay un fee extra después de cierta hora y que son las reglas, cosa que no se especifica en ningún lugar con antelación, lo pagamos y todo ok, queríamos dormir porque fue un día muy ajetreado y alrededor de la 1 am nos despertó el zumbido de un mosquito que resultó ser más de uno, no dormimos porque la pasamos, literal, toda la madrugada matándolos, fueron como 15, además había cadáveres de los mismos en varios lugares. Cuando intentamos dormir (como a las 5 am) nos despertó la luz porque no había cortinas y el sol entraba por la ventana que también da directo al cuarto, ya que lo único que separa todo son ventanas, lindo, pero creo que es poco práctico si no planeas madrugar. Me comuniqué con el "Servicio de asistencia" para comentarles el inconveniente y sólo recomendaron ir al súper a comprar un mosquito burner, ni una disculpa por el inconveniente y después dejaron de contestar. La regadera está más abajo de lo habitual, mi pareja mide 1.90 así que tenía que bañarse casi agachado. Por último, quizás es too much, pero los burós están pegados a la cama y no los puedes apartar, entonces si no tienes cuidado te puedes lastimar con el pico.
