I can't review in this apartment cause when we arrive, we were told the aircon was down. Hence they moved me to another apartment nearby , The Madison. This is also a 3 bedroom but it seems smaller. However the overall cleanliness is good and location is near to many places.

I rented the Rixx Vincom center and when we arrived, they took us to a totally different place. The place I rented is supposed to be next to a shopping center and the place they took us is about 10 minute walk away. I rented a place that is over 200 square meters they gave us a place no more than 120 square meters. I am not a happy camper

We are not staying here again

Started off our experience by getting into the lobby and not having instructions on how to actually get into the condo. After eventually hearing back from the host we got into the locker and made our way up. When we arrived at the apartment we were greeted with walls that looked like they were falling apart with all the cracks and shoddy construction. The view over the pool was nice and there were bottles of water as well but that’s where the pluses ended. In the master bathroom, there were multiple cockroaches repeatedly, climbing in and out of the drain so much so we had to put a bowl over it to keep them from going into the room. We reached out to the host and Hotels.com to see if there was anything they could do, and the host Hotels.com that she spoke with us and the issue was resolved when that wasn’t the case. If you’re looking for a place that has good location as it’s only redeeming quality, this is the place for you.
