Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately construction in next building right outside my window. if you are a drinker recommend you take some duty free with you into the room as no alcohol available anywhere close
A place that you feel comfortable and safe to stay
Room is tidy. Air conditioning is good enough. Front desk is nice and helpful. But only 2 restaurants which may not satisfy every customer. Food is so so, don't expect too much.
I lived in 5th floor, basically it's quiet. In special month, you may somehow hear the praying announcement. In general, it's recommended.
The location of this hotel is convenient enough without being stuck in the traffic too much to move about doing business in the city. The morning breakfast bar is also above standard.
Very bad experience.
Thought i was staying in a 4.5 star hotel but the experience was totally different. The room was almost like a 2 to 3 star hotel.
Service was lousy. Booked the room with breakfast. Was asked to pay on the first day. Even though eventually sorted out, it left a very bad impression after arguing with the staff.
On the day of checkout, wanted to take the complimentary shuttle to the airport. Was told that the shuttle was not meant for guests who booked through online booking website. Wasn't it supposed to be complimentary for all hotel guests???
Better to stay elsewhere.
Hotel is located at the Baridhara diplomatic zone of Dhaka. It is just opposite of High Commission of Malaysia. Hotel staffs are friendly. Welcome drink served upon check-in. Breakfast choices are quite limited considering it is a 4 star hotel. Generally all the 4-5 stars hotels in Dhaka are overpriced.
