Lastimosamente fuimos en plena remodelación del hotel, parecia una pelicula de terror, no tuvieron el cuidado de cerrar el area de habitaciones en remodelación, tuvimos que ver estas habitaciones oscuras y con mobiliario viejo que hasta nos dió escalofrios. La habitación que nos proporcionaron era peqaueñita para 3 personas, camas viejas, aguadas, las patas flojas, y la ropa de cama olia muy mal. Con respecto al personal fue muy amable, pero deberia de estar funcionando si no tienen habitaciones preparadas.

Estou muito satisfeito.

O hotel é simples, me atendeu perfeitamente ja que eu ficava o dia todo fora, a cama e confortavel, o banheiro limpo, e o atendimento é maravilhoso. E ainda tem um mascote super fofo que alegrava meus dias. A localizacao é perfeita, perto de tudo. Voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel sencillo, nada lujoso, pero muy cómodo, tenes todo lo que necesitas, la ubicación es muy buena, estas cerca de todo el centro de Buenos Aires y los empleados de recepción son muy atentos. En general muy cómodo y contento con el hospedaje.

As fotos do hotel não condizem com a realidade ,muito barulho a noite, elevador barulhento e antigo ,recomendo somente para uma noite, o café não e no hotel , prédio muito antigo,saída as 10 da manhã , não tem recepção 24h, retiraram meu cobertor no 3 dia não colocaram outro,trocaram a toalha 2 vezes somente.,a recepção todos são muito legais isso foi bacana .

The hotel is in two words, run down. The photos are no where near a true representation of the actual rooms. It is advertised as having a buffet breakfast but I got a voucher to use in a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. There was no Buffett I was told to sit down. I ordered eggs, toast and an orange juice. The toast turned up 5 minutes after I had finished the eggs. When I got up to leave, I was told that I had to pay $1.700, I tried to complain but 8 was told that the breakfast was only the drinks? When I discussed this with the hotel, the manager said the same and laughed it off. Avoid at all costs.

Es un edificio antiguo, le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero igual super centrico y sus anfitriones David y Karen mas que amables te hacen sentir como en casa, lo unico malo el desayuno el lugar a donde te envian es bonito pero la atencion no es muy buena

La ubicación permite acceder rapidamenteca medios de transporte, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Lo que no me gustó es que lo que muestran en la página no es la realidad del lugar. Lo catalogo como un hostel con baño privado.

Las fotos no coinciden con lo real. El desayuno es basico y se toma fuera del hotel en un bar. La limpieza es buena. El hotel tiene mal estado de mantenimiento y conservación. La ducha se inunda. La bacha se cae. Los resortes de la cama saltan. Nos dieron una sola toalla para dos personas. No hay frigobar en habitación como dijeron. Y ademas nos cobraron comisión los de hoteles.com. pagamos mas de lo que figura. Muy desilucionados

Los espacios comunes bien, la habitación tenia algunos detalles estáticos. Tema aparte el colchon, de resortes ya vencidos, bastante incómodo. El baño bien, muy buena agua caliente. Relacion pre io calidad muy buena, pero con esos detalles seria excelente.

My room was not even close to the pics they show on the internet, small room, small bathroom with an old and tiny tv, not even the remote control worked, the bed was uncomfortable, i won’t recommend it

No lo recomiendo, no hay ningún responsable durante fines de semana o feriados. No dan lo que ofrecen en la web, por ejemplo, no funcionaba ningún control remoto del TV o sea no se podía usar practicamente porque estaba muy alto. No tenía secador de cabello como dice en internet, las almohadas daban lástima y no había recursos. La persiana trabada arriba y nadie que la venga a arreglar, por ende el sol molestaba temprano. No me parece que el precio que cobran sea acorde a lo que dicen ofrecer. No volvería.

Frossard no es un hotel. Es una residencia para estudiantes. No lo vuelvan a ofrecer. No hay conserje. Estuve media hora afuera esperando para que me abran. Me retiré a otro hotel.

Pas mal il y a 27 ans, rien n'a changé depuis ! Les serrures sont usées donc les portes ferment mal. La tele (30cm) ne fonctionne pas. L'air conditionné non plus ! Essayez l'hôtel Tucuman Palace pour 5 € de moins vous avez 2 étoiles de plus.

Pior hotel da vida! Se é que aquilo pode ser chamado de hotel pois tá mais pra uma pensão. A entrada fede a bicho morto, era insuportável o fedor. Corredores barulhentos, tínhamos que sair descalços pra não incomodar os outros. Quarto podre. A porta do banheiro não tem maçaneta e não fecha, vaso com tampa quebrada e banheiro nojento. Tudo totalmente diferente das fotos. As fotos são do hotel novinho, hoje está tudo velho e quebrado. Café da manhã só tem pão duro com manteiga e um biscoitinho. Mas o pior de tudo foi que não ficava ninguém na recepção e na hora de ir embora tivemos que devolver a chave pra senhora da copa, sendo que queríamos deixar as malas até de tarde na hora de ir embora mas ela não deixou. Fomos pra rua com as malas.

Mala experiencia

no puede considerarse un hotel, funciona como una residencia o pensión. En la recepción generamente no hay nadie. La habitación en pequeña, el desayuno muy pobre, pocos elementos en el baño. Tampoco se nos permitió dejar unas horas las valijas en depósito después del check-in, cosa que es la primera vez que nos sucede. Lo único bueno es la ubicación y la buena disposición de la única empleada que conocimos y la que además era nuestro único contacto

Arrivé à l hôtel réservé sur expédia, on nous annonce qu il n y a plus de place, quelle belle surprise. Surtout en période de pâques sur buenos aires où tous les hôtels sont pris d assault!! Donc on était à la rue. En insistant, on nous a finalement logé dans une chambre lugubre et sal sans nous faire le moindre geste commercial. Très mauvaise expérience

The hotel clerk is very friendly and helpful. The location is center in most of the attractions. close to super market and stores. The place is safe and root is clean.
