Leslie, nick and naron was so helpful and polite that in the future when I visit Atlantic City nj i will be staying at the red roof
Very clean rooms and the property was clean and beautiful pet friendly
I truly enjoyed my stay and my wife who is a cancer patient also felt comfortable because of how clean the property and Room was
The staff was very pleasant. Didnt set breakfast out on days it was supposed to be out.

Sorry to say but I never go back again ..inside my room very dirty and noisy I see so many dust and next to bed so many hair …
staff is very helpful and friendly
it appears that they don’t have a light up hotel sign so it is kind of difficult to locate at night. we originally booked a king suite and was given a queen room. we also vacationed for a total 3 days and our first night we found a cockroach in the room, no others after that though. they don’t service your room during your stay as advertised so clean towels and sheets, toilet paper and other amenities need to be requested at the front desk. the water pressure was kind of low and the showers squealed when the water ran. on the other hand, the hotel staff were nice and considerate. they offered light self make breakfast options in the morning.

Stayed there a week.Room was ok.check was great . Disappointed every morning. Never any coffee in the morning. When the women at the desk finally got around to it there weren't any cups, next day no sugar, always something. Pets stay free was a big plus.
The staff I encountered were very friendly. The room was clean. We had a good supply of towels. The room had a refrigerator and coffee pot with coffee. It also had a hair dryer, but that did not work. There were no ice machines, but the clerk gladly gave us a couple of sandwich bags with ice in them.
I was looking for an economy stay in a clean place. The visit met my expectations

It was challenging for staff due to computer glitches but they were patient and went overboard to make up for any inconvenience. There were some disappointments due to the economy. The hotel has great potential. It is a shame that a lot there had been stolen or was missing and not replaced such as gym equipment, phones, business center equipment and God only knows what happened to the indoor pool. It was astonishing that under the circumstances and the price they still offered free breakfast. There was a coffee pot in the room with coffee, a microwave and refrigerator. The television worked as well as all of the lights. The shower, toliet and sink were clean and all worked well. The beds were clean and comfortable and i had a good night sleep which is what i needed most. Everyone was nice. The breakfast was waffles, bagels, bananas, oranges, cereal, coffee and real milk (an added treat).
Elevator is broken, very outdated, carpet is filthy, linen is thin and old. TV doesn't work. Room key didn't work and with no elevator we went up and down 3 times only to check out because the toilet didn't flush. The towels were thin as sheets. It wasn't as advertised. Children were playing in the stairwell (workers family members)
I paid for 2 beds thru expedia. When i got to the hiel they asked for $100 extra "cash" for the room with 2 beds. We paid, as we got there very late and with 2 kids. The room was dirty!!! Coffee machine, was used and not cleaned. Hairs on the bathroom sink!
We asked for extra blanket and pillows. They told us they dont have it! Towels were very thin and old!
I will never stay there again!!
