"The check in process was terrible. We attempted to check in at 3 but room wasn’t ready. I accepted since it was before check in time. We explored resort went back at 4 room still not ready they needed 20-30 min more. Came back at 4:30 room still wasn’t ready had to complain to get in an another room ..."

"Hotel was ok but lifeguards in pool are didn’t seem to care that small children were without proper life jackets. I told 3 different guards that 2 children were without a parent in water with them. The mom was in a chair on her phone while a 4 yr old and 6 yr old ran around the wave pool."
