The staff was great! Some areas needs some attention from ice machine( it was difficult to chisel away ice),plus one was broken the green pool for the whole week was not inviting to jump in. Overall the property was clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. The only negative was repeated issues with key card and was unable to access room without maintenance when arriving or reprogramming of key later.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...
