Great location to broadway shows and shopping. Our room was next to service elevator which was noisy which is why lowered the comfort rating. Plus, The pillows and blankets need an upgraded.

Room was clean and smelt nice too. Toiletries were replaced sufficiently and the staff is kind! Pool and jacuzzi was a nice touch too. Would stay again!
